MIUI is a partially open source project. Because not everyone is allowed to develop the custom rom for MIUI, only MIUI developers can make their rom. Mainly MIUI is the forum for Xiaomi devices rom but saveral roms are available here for LG, Google, Micromax, Oppo, Samsung, Sony, HTC and many other brands. I have selected MIUI because it has not got stock android experience but they add their own style of themes and features and these changes adds greater experience for the user. XDA developers is also an open souce program. It gives you the customized rom for many mobiles. You can search for that on their website. Recently Honor partnered with XDA Team on a range of developments for Honor devices. It is a very popular forum for getting custom roms for your mobile.
